Gemini Partners Announces Completion of AuraSound Financing
GP Group, LLC, an affiliate of Gemini Partners, Inc. (collectively, “Gemini”), announces the successful completion of an equity financing for AuraSound, Inc. (“AuraSound” or the “Company”). In conjunction with the financing, AuraSound has completed a reverse merger transaction with Hemcure, Inc. (OTCBB: HMCU) and will be trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol ASND. Gemini served as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent on the financing.
