Gemini Partners Announces the Acquisition of Equity Consultants, Inc. by Rational Equity, LLC
Los Angeles, May 28, 2008 – GP Group, LLC, an affiliate of Gemini Partners, Inc. (collectively, “Gemini”) announced today the acquisition of commercial and agricultural lending software developer Equity Consultants, Inc. based in Glenwood, Iowa (“ECI” or the “Company”) by Rational Equity, LLC, a fund sponsored by Alpine Investors, LP among other funds. Gemini acted as exclusive financial advisor to ECI, introducing the Company to Rational Equity through Alpine Investors, LP.
