Jeff McKenzie Joins as Managing Director, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions

LOS ANGELES, CA (January 21, 2010) - Gemini Partners, Inc. announced today that Jeff McKenzie has joined its team of professionals as Managing Director and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. Mr. McKenzie, who previously headed West Coast M&A for Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin, brings with him over twenty years of investment banking experience and will direct Gemini's M&A efforts across all sectors.

At Houlihan, Mr. McKenzie was instrumental in the firm's growth and emergence as a leader in middle market M&A. During his tenure there, he successfully closed over 60 M&A and corporate finance transactions.

Mr. McKenzie also served as Co-Head of Basic Industrials at Houlihan and played a key role in establishing the firm's National M&A Committee. He holds an M.B.A. from the U.C.L.A. Anderson School of Management and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
