Gemini Partners, Inc. announces the successful completion of an equity financing for Omaha-based Specialty Pharmacy Network, Inc. (“SPN” or the “Company”). Gemini served as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent to SPN, and has been an investor in and integral contributor to the strategic development of the Company since it was co-founded in 2004 by SPN CEO Dr. Robert J. Dudzinski and Gemini Principal Matthew Johnson.
Dr. Dudzinski and Mr. Johnson became intimately aware of the inefficiencies in billing management within the nascent specialty pharmacy market while working as executives of a Los Angeles-based healthcare IT company in the early 2000’s. Their collaborative efforts led to the strategy and creation of SPN, which through four years of development now has a significant opportunity for growth within the specialty pharmacy sector.
