Gemini Partners Announces Commencement of Voyant International Corporation

Initial Bridge Financing Round Already Completed
Los Angeles, March 10, 2008 – GP Group, LLC, an affiliate of Gemini Partners, Inc., announced today that it has been retained as an advisor by Palo Alto, Calif.-based Voyant International Corporation (OTC-BB: VOYT), a digital media and technology holding company. Gemini intends to assist Voyant in raising a series of financings. As the first phase of this series of financings, Gemini and Voyant have already completed an initial convertible bridge financing, on which Gemini served as exclusive advisor and placement agent.
Voyant intends to utilize these funds to support growth and working capital requirements, primarily for product development, sales and marketing relating to: (1) RocketStream, a subsidiary that provides a software-based data transfer acceleration solution that transfers files up to 200x faster than traditional FTP and (2) Aviation Broadband Services, a system-level solution to provide commercial airplane passenger with true broadband service.
