The company offers Messaging, which enable users to transform their camera phone snapshots into animated characters; and Wallpaper, a personalization service that allows users to customize their handsets using images embedded with custom text.

Scenario
Pulse’s multimedia messaging technology had generated a significant amount of interest and the company was looking to raise equity capital to fund growth and working capital requirements until a larger private placement could be completed.
