The company currently offers local, long distance and international telecommunications and internet services to residential customers throughout select markets in Southern California and Nevada including Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas. In addition, Telscape has begun providing wireless voice and data telecommunications services to customers in these markets.

Scenario
Telscape was launching its wireless product offerings and wanted to expand into new geographic markets. The company needed to raise capital to fund the launch and expansion, and furthermore wanted to refinance existing debt.
