Specialty Pharmacy Network, Inc. (“SPN” or the “Company”) was founded in 2004 with the purpose of becoming the single source provider of billing and management information to the various payers and providers that participate in managing, administrating, consulting or paying for specialty pharmacy. SPN’s initial product, the Over-Payment Pharmacy Identification System™ (OPIS), is a server-based application which screens health plan payment records to identify specialty pharmacy claims that have been inaccurately paid.

Scenario

SPN was seeking to raise capital to fund growth within the specialty pharmacy sector.
